Decouple GROUP ownership from creator

Most groups will be created by Staff members, at least at first. The KOLs that we need to boost those groups will not like to see our faces as the "owners" of the group, so I think we need to be able to "hand over" the group once it's running. Furthermore, I think we should be able to remove the creator's profile picture from the group icon.
