Comments size

1000 words is not enough. If a "young surgeon" posts a case asking for help and feedback, we should be able to delve a bit deeper than 1000 words. I was attempting to add a brief (or so I thought) comment on a case with suggestions and ran into the wall. If this tool is one which will help colleagues around the world with suggestions and feedback on cases, then more space is required. This should not be a place for "thumbs up" or other emojis. Unless I totally missed the function of this area...
