Incomplete/inadequate posts

Many posts have no description/information and inadequate pre op images. Also inadequate or even no post-op images except for a blurry screenshot or two from the image intensifier.

Posts should have a minimum requirement of a brief description and Pre and post op orthogonal images as a minimum. Non compliant posts are of no value and should be deleted by moderators.
