Difficulties with logistics of recent course

I signed up for the virtual portion of the Foot and Ankle trauma course, but I have not been able to access any of the pre-recorded lectures and missed the lived session due to problems connecting with Zoom. I use Zoom all the time and usually don't have issues. I reached by email several times before the course and during and never received a reply. There needs to be a better system for dealing with technical issues and getting back in touch with those who have signed up for the course and have technical issues.
